2016/17 Annual Report is ready to view and our AGM is on 23rd October

CLICK ON ME to view our 2016/17 Annual Report.  Overall in 2016/17 we delivered 397 volunteer tasks, learning days and events attended by 6655 people – more than one every day!! Here for the community 7 days a week, we also welcomed over 17,000 people to our Visitor Centre and volunteers gave 9454 hours of service to keep the Water of Leith ‘Clean, Green and Beautiful’. We all own a huge thank you to the staff, volunteers and members who help to maintain our wee river

 

AGM and Members Evening is on Monday 23rd OCTOBER - 7.30pm
at the Water of Leith Visitor Centre, 24 Lanark Road, Edinburgh, EH14 1TQ.
By special invitation we will be showing the BAFTA award winning film – Dipper from the Water of Leith. With the films maker Krzysztof Kubik introducing the work and discussing the trials and tribulations of filming by our river for many month The film tells the story of white-throated dipper, whose survival is written to the ever-changing seasons. We need to know if you are planning to attend as this is largely intended to be a members only event but visitors and guest are welcome.
