The newly refurbished Water of Leith Visitor Centre is busier than ever, our community cafe complete with upgraded counter and coffee machine is proving a hit with our regulars and new visitors. This week we also hope to be in a position to reopen the interactive part of our exhibition space, so apart from the masks and ‘test and protect’ scans it will feel much more like normal. Do you have a few hours a week to spare to help at the community cafe? We are looking to recruit some new volunteers to take on regular or ad hoc volunteer shifts on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays especially. Shifts are usually 10am to 1pm or 1pm to 4pm.
