Additional Info

PLEASE NOTE: We have had to change the time of this event from the time advertised on our posters. It will now start at 10:30am rather than 1:30pm

Continuing our theme of hands on guided walks, Ranger Johnny will be leading you off the footpath and in to the river.

As we wade the river from Stockbridge. You will experience the river from a completely different perspective and get up close to the river and its habitats showcasing the heritage and wildlife of the river, from the river.

Please note, this walk will be more strenuous than our usual events. You will be in the river on uneven ground where you may not be able to see your feet. Whilst safety measures will be in place a degree of fitness and balance is required. Waders will be provided.

Note: if river levels are high it will be cancelled or postponed.
