Enthral people of all ages by booking a group visit to the Water of Leith Visitor Centre.
Together we shall explore the fantastic interactive exhibition on the Water of Leith, its history and wildlife. Experience a guided walk, illustrated talk or hands-on activity to really discover Edinburgh’s hidden natural asset. We have a programme available seven days a week to suit any age or ability.
Have a go at our ‘hands on’ activities, each choice includes environmental games, trails and mini art workshops.
Visits can be tailored to your group’s area of study or interest and we have programmes to suit all stages of Scouting and Guiding, from Beavers and Rainbow through to Explorers.
Let our experts take you on a walk along the Water of Leith to explore the history and wildlife of Colinton Dell or experience the Slateford Saunter, which includes a section of the union canal.
If a guided walk is not suitable then our illustrated talks programme takes place in our Yellow Room.
