EVENTFUL OCTOBER!! There is lots on we hope you can join us #HHA2017

We have two guided walks, two childrens events and another fantatsic family adventure at the end of the month. We hope you can join us to celebrate autumn


Following on from her popular spring walk, Anna Canning of Floramedica will take us on an autumn forage into the Dells to explore the wealth of edible and medicinal plants to  be found on our doorstep. We will delve into their history, lore and use, both past  and present. Meet at 2pm at the Water of Leith Visitor Centre. 2pm - 4pm,  £5 (£2 for members) Booking essential


Join our guided walk to discover the industrial past of this once busy port, including shipping, whaling and whisky. Meet at 2pm at the small car park off Coburg Street in Leith. 2pm - 4pm, £5 (£2 for members) Booking essential 


Children’s Half Term Events at the Water of Leith Visitor Centre, 2pm -  4pm. £5 per child, accompanying adult free, Suitable for 4 to 12 year olds, Booking essential

Delve into the decomposing world of fungus, compost  & poo. A Rotten event which will leave you mucky!
